Back in 2008, Gravity One embarked in realty space, guided by a vision to craft homes that fulfil the dreams of countless families. Pioneering the concept of Row houses in Mysuru, we have set a trailblazing path for numerous similar projects. In 2018, Vanaja Builders expanded its horizons to Infrastructure building and our growth has been nothing short of remarkable. We have contributed to the development of quality roads, uplifting parks, rejuvenating lakes, and more, through government contracts, for the betterment of the public.

To bolster our realty and infra businesses further, we have taken strategic steps by establishing our own Automated Concrete Bricks Plant, Vanaja Concretes, near Nanjangud, Mysore. Additionally, the inception of our Stone Crusher plant, Gravity Sands, in Chamarajanagar, Mysore, not only caters to the raw material needs of our existing ventures but also opens doors to additional revenue streams through sales.
